Found a solution!  I used Merriam Webster's Word Finder to find BALUN (which it defines as "a radio device for converting from a balanced to an unbalanced line and usually used at high radio frequencies" and the etymology of it is "bal" from "balanced" and "un"from "unbalanced.")   I'd not have been able to find a solution without this. Still, 28 day streak.
