However, I only found BROSY when moving some letters around because the word I wanted didn't work with the word I had in that place.  Merriam Webster gives me the definitions, " Scottish   :  fed or smeared with  brose " and " Scottish   :  stout and somewhat bloated in appearance  :  sluggish ,  torpid ."  It rhymes with rosy, cozy, and nosy (or nosey).
