Found a solution!  By myself! However, I only found BROSY when moving some letters around because the word I wanted didn't work with the word I had in that place.  Merriam Webster gives me the definitions, "Scottish : fed or smeared with brose" and "Scottish : stout and somewhat bloated in appearance : sluggish, torpid."  It rhymes with rosy, cozy, and nosy (or nosey).
